Nicole is an Associate in our property and private client teams.
At mds law Nicole acts in a broad range of matters with a particular emphasis on relationship property, estate planning, elder care and conveyancing where she acts with a number of mortgage brokers, real estate agents and clients throughout New Zealand.
In particular, Nicole loves helping buyers into their first home and works with a range of people to help achieve this dream. She enjoys taking a sensible but practical approach with clients to achieve a solution to any issue they may face.
Nicole understands that every client has distinct needs based on their financial situation, family dynamics, and long-term goals. Nicole believes the first step in any effective strategy is to thoroughly understand these unique factors. This involves engaging in meaningful conversations to grasp her clients personal and family aspirations. By tailoring strategies to their specific circumstances, she ensures that her advice is relevant and actionable.
Nicole sees her role as one to help clients understand and achieve their goals, whatever they may be. They work together to understand any issues and work out the best solution for everyone involved. Communication is important to Nicole and she strives to ensure her clients and referrers are well informed and feel heard and understood.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys biking, swimming and training at a local gym – otherwise you will usually find her at most Christchurch concerts enjoying music with friends.
